Randoncorp: Scaling a Global Brand Identity.
To support the transition from Empresas Randon to Randoncorp, I was tasked with breathing new life into the brand's primary strategic pillars. Under the 'Building Tomorrow' umbrella, I redesigned the identities for Institutional, ESG, Employer Branding, and Innovation.
By developing specific visual assets and color-coded systems for each vertical, we achieved a balance between differentiation and unity. This gave the brand the flexibility to speak to diverse audiences—from investors to talent—while reinforcing its new corporate DNA.
My Role: Art Direction and Design Strategy, ensuring a seamless visual transition during one of the company's most significant milestones.
